Terms and Conditions — Online Training Courses

These terms apply to online training courses and course bundles purchased from Pretty Perfect Beauty (ABN 19 657 334 734), a business based in New South Wales, through prettyperfectbeauty.com.au. They do not apply to mobile facial or treatment bookings. By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Courses and accreditation

Our five online courses are CPD-accredited through The CPD Group. Pretty Perfect Beauty is an approved CPD provider (Provider #783822). CPD accreditation recognises the training as continuing professional development. It is not a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework, and Pretty Perfect Beauty is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

2. Individual courses and bundles

You can buy courses individually or as a bundle. A bundle gives you access to each course included in it, as listed on the bundle page at the time of purchase. Bundles are sold as complete training packages at a combined price, as explained in our Refund Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you complete your purchase. Your purchase is complete when payment is successfully processed. If you pay through Afterpay, Zip or another payment provider, your agreement with that provider is governed by its own terms. Where we agree a direct instalment plan with you, course access is provided once all instalments have been paid.

4. Access to your course

After a completed purchase, you can access your course materials online through your student account. Students receive lifetime access to their purchased courses for as long as Pretty Perfect Beauty continues to offer them. If a course is retired or replaced, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain access or provide suitable alternative learning materials. There are no additional course access fees.

5. Your student account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Each enrolment is for one student. Course access is for you personally and must not be shared with anyone else. Please give accurate details when you enrol, because they are used for your account and certificate. Contact us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

6. Assessments and certificates

Each course includes assessments, which may include quizzes and a case study submitted for review. When you successfully complete a course, including any required case study, you receive a certificate issued by Pretty Perfect Beauty. Certificates are not issued directly by The CPD Group.

7. Prerequisites and professional practice

No formal qualification is required to enrol. Some courses recommend prior beauty therapy training or experience, as stated on each course page. Completing a course does not by itself qualify you to offer treatments professionally. CPD accreditation does not guarantee insurance cover or permission to perform treatments. Insurers, employers, local councils and other authorities may set their own requirements, and you are responsible for meeting them. We do not guarantee insurance approval, employment, licensing or recognition in any country.

8. Course materials and downloadable resources

All course videos, manuals, guides, forms, templates and other materials are owned by Pretty Perfect Beauty. Downloadable resources are available only to students enrolled in the relevant course. They are licensed to you for your own learning and professional use. You must not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute them to others. You may adapt the template consent, record and policy forms for use in your own business, but you must not sell, share or redistribute them.

9. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Our courses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

10. Website and course availability

We aim to keep the website and courses available at all times, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If you have trouble accessing your training, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
